Costume Factory is your one stop Theatre Shop! We have the full range of face and body painting products from Australian company Global Body Art and we stock the best professional special effects make up in the world, Kryolan.
Kryolan is preferred by professional make up artists and face painters. We have Aquacolor, Supracolor, TV Paintstick and Grease Stick, as well as all the powders, brushes and sponges you will need. To complete your make up effects, we also have false eyelashes, latex, theatrical blood, dentures, tooth paint, spirit gum and crepe hair! 
We have a huge range of face paint, wigs, moustaches and beards, novelties and make up kits available to buy in store and via mail order (please contact Melbourne City store, minimum order levels apply). If you can't make it in to see us, order online or over the phone with your credit card and your parcel will be posted by Express Post - of course you can collect your item from your nearest Costume Factory store if you prefer.

Wigs.
For many costumes, the wig is essential. For Cleopatra, you'll need a shoulder length straight black wig with a centre part. In the 1960's
, Beehive wigs were all the rage. We make it our business to know which wig will be perfect with your costume. Our Marilyn wigs are re-set after every hire (we have several in each store) and of course, Elvis just wouldn't be Elvis without those legendary sideburns...
Our wigs for hire are the highest quality available and our experienced wig stylists always make sure that you’re getting the very best. Wigs are often included in your costume hire, but can also be hired without a costume and on extended hire for theatrical events. Examples of our wigs can be seen in the costume gallery.
We also have an affordable range of wigs for sale. Transform yourself with a 1920’s Bob, long black hair like Morticia Addams, a 1980’s Mullet or a groovy Afro – we have it all!
